John Phillips
John Phillips completed his undergraduate education at the University of Colorado School of Business in 1982. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
In 1986 Mr. Phillips was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court Southern District of California. He was then recruited from a vast pool of candidates to work at the Los Angeles District Attorneys office as a prosecuting deputy attorney. Mr. John Phillips was subsequently offered a prosecutor's position with the San Diego District Attorney's office, which he accepted. He had a very successful career as a prosecutor, during which he brought to trial very serious crimes.
Mr. Phillips has represented victims of crime and injuries for more than 19 years. His entire career has been dedicated to representing people who have suffered. He has taken more than 90 trials to verdict and, as a result, has developed strong persuasive skills. Over the course of his career Mr. Phillips has been involved in more than 10,000 cases, making him one of the more experienced personal injury lawyers representing victims in the Vista, Poway, and San Diego-area. Oliver Pelly
Mr. Pelly completed his undergraduate education at the prestigious California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo. Continuing his education, Mr. Pelly graduated Cum Laude from San Diego’s California Western School of Law in 1997. Mr. Pelly was honored to be a member of the Dean’s list at California Western.
Admitted before the California Supreme Court, Mr. Pelly began his legal career as a litigation associate with the Law Offices of Greer & Associates, before joining, and becoming a partner, with Phillips & Pelly. Since that time, Mr. Oliver Pelly has devoted numerous hours to continuing education each year in order to keep his litigation skill and knowledge current.
